Sunset Concerts

Parking and VIP relations, merchandise sales, front of house training for 5 summer concerts, free and open-to-the-public. Artists included South African trumpeter and civil rights leader Hugh Masekela, Malian desert blues guitarist Vieux Farka Touré, TribalJazz with The Doors’ Jon Densmore, Armenian group Element Band, Cecilia Noël, and Zohar, a project by Erran Baron Cohen.

Stan’s Café — Guest Curator

Interactive curator for visiting British theatre installation art collective’s innovative installation,“Of All The People In All The World.” The exhibit featured 7 billion grains of rice, split up into miniature statistical representations of powerful concepts, comparing the heavy and light: population densities, deaths in major conflicts and total World of Warcraft players, for example.

Launch of Noah’s Ark Exhibit

Assisted Programs Department, Marketing Department and Education Department in the final stages of launching the Noah’s Ark permanent exhibit, a multi-year project featuring interactive learning opportunities for children surrounded by recycled art and innovative programming.
