From 2012-2014, I took on roles with cascading responsibilities in the realms of administrative management of box office services. This reached its peak in 2014, where I was a full staff manager of operations and operated the largest volunteer crew in the festival, reaching as many as 40 volunteers at a time.
I served as the lead solutionary for all box office issues, including guest list management, VIP welcoming, media handling, refunds, complaints and more.
In 2015, I began expanding my participation in the Lucidisphere by taking a leading role in the marketing department and on-site media coordination. I am handling applications, processing, managing resources and overseeing a considerable budget for media services. I am also developing Lucidicast, Lucidity’s first branded podcast.
