Theme of the Weekend: I missed the snow!

After a whirlwind Lucidity Festival, where I worked as the Gate & Ticketing Manager, it felt good to get my dance on for a weekend at the up and coming Desert Hearts festival. This one may go down in history as the one where this crew really hit the big time, getting a lot more notice for what they’ve been up to in and around San Diego and the High Desert.

Friday night was apparently a very chilly one, as the crowd was abuzz about getting snow the night before. I had to wait to come out until my girlfriend, Hannah, came out from Wisconsin. This was her first festival with me and I’m glad we missed the snow!
